Terms of the Lowest Rate Guarantee

The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com lowest rate guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com reserves the right to cancel the lowest rate guarantee at anytime without notice.
  2. The lowest rate guarantee is offered only to qualified borrowers applying for conventional financing of first deeds of trusts on primary residences only. Borrowers applying for any other type of financing offered by The American Mortgage Group, Inc. DBA zenloans.com are not eligible for the Lowest Rate Guarantee.
  3. Qualified borrowers must provide valid proof of offers from competitors in order to be eligible for the lowest rate guarantee. Valid proof is constituted by forwarding to The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com an official copy of a Good Faith Estimate and Truth In Lending disclosures issued by the competitor. The Good Faith Estimate and Truth in Lending disclosures must be provided specifically for the borrower, for the same subject property, financing terms and program offered by The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com. The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com also reserves the right to verify any competitors offer. Any offer by a competitor that does not match the terms described herein or found invalid by The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com automatically voids the lowest rate guarantee.
  4. The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com dinner offer on the lowest rate guarantee is limited to one forty dollar voucher per household, per year. The offer is only valid for borrowers who meet all the terms of the lowest rate guarantee set forth herein. The dinner off is also only available in the event that The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com is unable to match the valid terms offered by said competitor. If The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com is able to match the competitors offer the dinner offer is then void.
  5. The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com lowest rate and closing costs guarantee is only valid for fourteen (14) days from the time of application for financing.
  6. The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com lowest rate and closing costs guarantee is voided once the borrower agrees that all loan terms are locked in. Loan terms are considered locked in by verbal or written commitment from the borrower agreeing to lock in the terms (rate, closing costs, term etc) of the loan. In no event does locking in the terms of the loan constitute a loan approval by The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com.
  7. The lowest rate and closing costs guarantee does not constitute an approval or commitment for financing.
  8. The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com lowest rate and closing cost guarantee is subject to all local, state and federal laws and is only valid in jurisdictions where The American Mortgage Group, Inc DBA zenloans.com is license to conduct business.
